This extra dry sparkling “Vigna del Paradiso” comes
from the hills where perfect environmental
conditions allow the best and most varied characteristics
to be expressed. A pleasure at any
time of the day as an aperitif “par excellence” or
to enjoy with light meals.
- Sensory Characteristics:
- Pale yellow color with greenish reflections.
- Aromas of citrus fruits, apple pear, and almonds and
- delicate notes of white flowers.
- The taste is fresh, soft, well balanced with good structure.
- The perlage is delicate and persistent.
- Analytical Characteristics:
- Alcohol: 11,50% by vol.
- Residual sugar: 18/19 g/l.
- Total acidity: 5,50/6,50 g/l.
