Sparkling wine obtained from grapes purposely
cultivated to give a pleasing soft and round taste.
It has a rich bouquet with scents of citrus fruits
and flowers. An ideal end to any meal.

- Pale yellow color.
- Aromas of sweet citrus fruits, banana, hazelnuts, almonds
and delicate notes of white flowers.
- The taste is round, soft, with an elegantly well balanced
structure and long finish.
- The perlage is delicate and persistent.
- Analytical Characteristics:
- Alcohol: 11,50% by vol.
- Residual sugar: 25/26 g/l.
- Total acidity: 5,50/6,50 g/l.
- Serving temperature: 8-10° C.
