Within the classic D.O.C. zone of Prosecco di Conegliano- Valdobbiadene, red grapes such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and a cross between Manzoni 2.15 and Marzemino were grown in vineyards with particularly clayey soil rich in iron. Reconstructing this history we have formed a vineyard in memory of our father, consisting of 40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Marzemino.

Sensory Characteristics:
Color: ruby red with granite reflections.
Bouquet: reminiscent of red fruits and berries.
Flavor: good structure with pleasing tannins.

Total acidity: 5,10 g/l.
