Within the classic D.O.C. zone of Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, red grapes such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and a cross between Manzoni 2.15 and Marzemino were grown in vineyards with particularly clayey soil rich in iron. Reconstructing this history we have formed a vineyard consisting of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon and vinified in a manner to obtain a young wine.

Sensory Characteristics:
Color: ruby red.
Bouquet: reminiscent of red fruits and berries.
Flavor: good structure with moderate tannins.

Analytical Characteristics:
Alcohol: 12,50% vol.
Total acidity: 5,50 g/l.
