Literally “hillside of flowers”. In springtime our hills are full of flowering trees of every type such as: acacia, wisteria, cherry. The green fields turn into white and yellow which are the colours of the blooming primroses, daisies and dandelions

Organoleptic characteristics:

Presentation: pale straw yellow, soft mousse, tiny and persisting bubbles.

Bouquet: pear, medlar, elderberry, wisteria, lily of the valley, lime. Characteristic notes of apple and grapefruit, mineral tones in the background. Balanced and creamy.

Taste: elegant, fresh and intense; green apple, with a pleasant citrus sensation, notes of white peach. It expresses a delicate crisp vibrancy and an aftertaste of almond.

Alcohol percentage: 11,50 % vol.

Residual sugar: 8 g/l.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C.

Better paired with: finger food and fish.
